Delivery policy, shipping fees and expected shipping time. Delivery Policy 1. Product delivery methods Complete through Glouglou's delivery team and freight service provider. 2. Estimated delivery time: 2.1. For orders within Ho Chi Minh City: Orders received in the morning (before 12PM): deliver in the afternoon same day Orders received in the afternoon (after 12PM): deliver the day after 2.2. For orders located outside Ho Chi Minh City: Within 01 (one) to 05 (five) working days from the date of closing the order (depending on the order) or as otherwise agreed between the parties. 2.3. However, there are also cases where the delivery takes longer but only in the event of Force Majeure, or the following cases: Unable to contact the Customer to deliver the Product; The delivery address of the Products provided by the Customer is incorrect or too difficult to find; Suppliers deliver Products to Glouglou later than expected or Glouglou's orders spike, causing slow processing of orders.
