Spring frost took most of the Bornard crop in 2021, so Tony did what he only does in hard years and put every Ploussard parcel into one wine. The fruit that normally makes La Chamade, Point Barre and Plouplou all went in, and the label carries the names of four generations of the family. It is a light, delicate red at 11.8%: wild strawberry, cherry and rose petal, with plenty of freshness.
