L’Insouciant is Pyrène’s Sauvignon Blanc, made from 100% Sauvignon grown in South-West France, near the Pyrenees. The wine is made the traditional way for a white, then gently dealcoholized to keep its freshness. In the glass it shows white flowers, citrus and tropical fruit, with crisp acidity and a clean finish. It suits seafood, goat cheese salads and herb-led vegetarian dishes.
