Terroir
Located in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux, Château Haut-Meyreau is a historic estate dating back to 1802. The domain spans over 90 hectares, where vines are cultivated on a mosaic of clay and limestone soils, ideal for crafting expressive white wines. These soils retain water and nutrients, allowing for balanced ripening even in challenging vintages.
 
Viticulture
Grapes are farmed with a focus on mechanical precision and eco-conscious techniques. Cover crops protect the soil and improve structure, while minimal chemical use ensures the health of both the vines and the environment. All vineyard work respects the rhythm of the plant and promotes the natural expression of the terroir.

Winemaking
Fermentation and aging occur exclusively in stainless steel vats, preserving the crisp, clean fruit character. No oak is used, allowing the varietal aromas to shine. The wine is vinified in a way that emphasizes freshness, aromatic purity, and finesse.
