Domaine Albert Mann, Gewurztraminer 2024 is the wine we pour for people who swear they don't like Gewurztraminer. The Barthelmé family has farmed these Wettolsheim vineyards biodynamically since the late 90s, and it shows in the glass: lychee and rose petal up front, then peach, apricot and a little pepper on the finish, with just enough natural sweetness to stay generous without turning sweet. Pour it with Munster, with a proper curry, with anything that isn't afraid of flavor.
