The Crémant de Loire has a beautiful pale yellow color with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, it exhibits aromas of fresh apples and pears, complemented by hints of brioche and hazelnuts. The palate is clean and lively, with crisp acidity and flavors of citrus and green apple, leading to a long and refreshing finish.

The wine is then aged on its lees for a minimum of 12 months before disgorgement and dosage, resulting in a complex and nuanced sparkling wine.
