The Haute Vallée de L’Aude benefits from a warm climate combined with high altitude, which results in wines with both concentrated fruit and refreshing acidity. Following extended lees ageing for a smooth texture, the wine under- went six months of oak contact to add complexity.
 
Lovely aromas of peach, citrus, brioche, hazelnut and a luscious finish. Wonderful with warmly spiced dishes: Thai red curries and aromatic rice, spicy mango salads or even a fruity chicken tagine
