The grape variety is Sauvignon rose (fié gris)

This wine comes from an old variety of Sauvignon, it offers aromas of pink grapefruit, lychee, rose petals.

Wine full of finesse and subtlety.


Floors and exposure:

Facing south / south-east, on clay-limestone soils

Area: 1.5 hectares of vines Yield: 45 hl/ha.


Pneumatic pressing and settling for 48 hours at low temperature. Aging on lees, alcoholic fermentation in barrels for 12 months.

for an aperitif, Carpaccio Saint Jacques, Fish Terrine, white meats & Goat cheese.
