This wine comes from an old variety of Sauvignon, it offers aromas of pink grapefruit, lychee, rose petals.
Wine full of finesse and subtlety.

Facing south / south-east, on clay-limestone soils
Area: 1.5 hectares of vines Yield: 45 hl/ha.
Vinification:
Pneumatic pressing and settling for 48 hours at low temperature. Aging on lees, alcoholic fermentation in barrels for 12 months.
