A rosé from Priorat, grown on the same broken-slate hillsides around Gratallops as the Clos Mogador red. The Barbier family farms these slopes organically and by hand, and the wine has the grip to match: wild strawberry and pink grapefruit, Mediterranean herbs, and a salty finish that goes straight back to the slate. It is made for the table, so give it a little air and pour it with grilled fish, roast chicken or something spicy.
