Fays Champagne is a family owned company which has been situated in the heart of the great Cote des Bars (most southern vineyard in the Champagne appellation) in the village of Celles-sur-Ource.
It all started three generations ago. The House of Fays is a family business, created in the early 30s by the grandfather of the current owner Philippe Fays. With his wife Laurence, they manage an estate of five hectares located in the village of Celles – sur – Ource, in the heart of Cote des Bar area of Champagne.

TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow gold color with silver reflections. Fine bubbles with a delicate collar. Nose of very present acid fruits. Rich and fresh attack on the palate with a creamy and melted effervescence, fruity, pulpy and well-structured substance. Beautiful fullness of characterful Pinot Noir from the Cote des Bar.
